The MTR M-Train is an electric multiple unit (EMU) built for the Hong Kong Mass Transport Railway (MTR) by Metro-Cammel in England. These units, produced from 1977 to 1992, have formed the backbone of the MTR's urban lines since its opening. These units were refurbished by United Goninan between 1998 and 2001. By 2030, these blocks will be replaced with new ones.
