Amid the recent controversy surrounding the removal of adult games from Steam and itch.io, GOG has stepped in to support mature content. For the next 48 hours, users can claim 13 NSFW titles for free — including the cult hit Postal 2.
In July, both Valve and itch.io were forced to take down a number of 18+ games following pressure from payment processors Visa and Mastercard. Reportedly, the move was triggered by complaints from the feminist organization Collective Shout.
