Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty is a continuation of the legendary stealth action game with a third-person view. Technological data about the nuclear weapon tank, Metal Gear, has found its way onto the black market. The legendary hero Solidus Snake goes in search of the Metal Gear prototype. But Snake falls into a trap; everyone believes that he is at the bottom of the Hudson River, along with the tanker. Two years later, terrorists seized control of the Big Shell plant. The government sends Raiden to infiltrate the terrorists' lair and rescue the US President.
