Each player is assigned a specific role. The game features spectacular sea battles, as well as a dynamic ship destruction system. You will need to act together in large-scale battles to prevent the ship from getting holes and sinking.

The multiplayer first-person adventure action game Sea of Thieves with RPG elements offered players the chance to dive into a pirate theme, and is executed in a somewhat romantic visual setting. Players control a large pirate ship, each assigned a specific role, and the core gameplay involves spectacular sea battles in large-scale skirmishes. Technically, the game boasts original graphics, high-quality animation, and 4K support. It is developed for Xbox One and exclusively for Windows 10 with cross-platform gameplay functionality.

Sea of Thieves offers a vast, well-developed, fantasy open game world, featuring not only the blue ocean but also virgin islands, shipwrecks on reefs, mysterious dark caves, sea monsters, and mythical creatures. And what pirate game would be complete without skeletons? In Sea of Thieves, they emerge from the remains of other pirates, are very fierce, and wander in whole hordes.

Particular attention was paid to the ocean, which in the game looks alive: stormy with huge waves, calm in complete stillness, mesmerizing during sunrises and sunsets. And, of course, there is much to explore and marvel at in the depths of the ocean.

What open world would be complete without freedom of will? In Sea of Thieves, it is truly great — you can steer your ship into the distance, towards uncharted waters and islands, to find adventures and escape from terrifying dangers. You can, along with other players from your crew, dive in search of sunken ships to find immense treasures. Or you can while away the time in taverns and on islands, gathering parts and provisions for the ship.

Even if you are in the ocean, it does not mean you are safe — your ship can be attacked at any moment, and it won't just be terrible sea monsters but also other players. Meanwhile, the gameplay itself is simplified: there is a regular and strong sword strike, a block for enemy strikes, a single-shot pistol, and a musket with optics. Sword fights can look spectacular, but shooting often and quickly resolves the issue.

The cherry on top is a well-thought-out curse system: grabbing an inconspicuous trophy can result in a ghost in the hold terrorizing sailors, angering the crew, and sending you overboard with the ill-fated trophy in hand, where fierce sharks await.

The essence of the network mode is that players gather in crews, choose a ship according to their number (at least two players are needed) and set off to explore the expanses of the game world. There are no specific classes, skills, or abilities in Sea of Thieves. Each player can take on any role on the ship — steering the wheel, setting and adjusting the sails, showing the route and monitoring the sea conditions, operating the artillery, and destroying enemy ships.

Все сделано ради фана игроков от случайных событий, фееричных схваток между кораблями и сражений с окружением, вроде гигантского кракена, зуб которого можно будет добавить на свою шляпу.
