Remaster The Last of Us: Part 2. The events of the second part begin 5 years after the first and continue the story of Ellie's life, who has grown into a young woman and found herself in a harsh world where not only mushroom-like zombies but also humans pose a threat to all living things.
During the playthrough of Part 2, the player will visit many different places, both in terms of landscape and climate. The action begins in the small settlement of Jackson, in the center of the USA, where the original journey of the girl Ellie and her guardian Joel ended. Over time, the action will move to Seattle, an abandoned metropolis in the northwest of the USA, and Catalina Island.
Remaster features:
- Updated graphics — higher resolution textures, improved shadows, and detailed environments;
- Faster loading times;
- New control features on the DualSense controller;
- Additional game mode "No Return". It is designed in a roguelike format. Players will face survival in fierce battles with opponents and bosses. This mode will feature a global leaderboard and rewards (skins and new playable characters) depending on how far the player can progress;
- Redesigned photo mode with new features;
- Speedrun mode as in The Last of Us Part 1;
- Free play mode on the guitar. In it, you will be able to change the character, choose a location, and unlock new musical instruments.
- A set of levels that, for various reasons, did not make it into the original The Last of Us: Part 2. Additionally, comments from people who worked on the project, including Neil Druckmann, Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, Halley Gross, and Laura Bailey, will be available;
- Several graphics modes for the game. The first is focused on graphics quality with 4K support. The second allows playing with higher performance but in 1440p resolution. The third will be available only for owners of displays that support VRR technology (variable refresh rate);
- Gamers who already own the original The Last of Us: Part 2 will be able to upgrade to the remaster version for just $10 (about 893 rubles). At the same time, it will be possible to transfer saves and get all the additional content.

If your a fan of the first game then you almost have to play the 2nd game, flaws and all. Not everyone will like the direction perhaps but the overall theme that shows the cycle of violence and how everything has consequences, you owe to yourself to experience it, at least once!.
