June 8, 2024, 02:11 PM
According to rumors, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will implement the Omnidirectional Movement mechanic. Players will be able to slide, sprint, and dive in different directions in gunfights.
This was reported by Insider Gaming, citing the author of the leak with the nickname BobNetworkUK. According to him, this movement mechanic will be reminiscent of the jumping while shooting in Max Payne. All actions will have their own combination of keys/buttons.
Let us remind you that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was announced on May 23 and has already acquired a page on Steam. The game trailer can be viewed here. The new part of the series will be discussed in more detail at a separate presentation on June 9 after the Xbox Games Showcase.
