Vehicles added to Starfield brought back a meme bug from The Elder Scrolls 5
Bethesda recently released an update for Starfield that added ground vehicles to the game. As expected, the implementation of this idea resulted in problems with the physics of the Creation Engine.
A video with one of these errors was shared on social networks by the user LegacyKillaHD. It turns out that the REV-8 buggy can fly high into the air when colliding with certain objects.
Users in the comments to the post immediately recalled a similar meme bug from The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, in which giants could send Dovahkiin flying with one blow of a club.
By the way, the Creation Engine was used to create Skyrim before it became the basis for the space action game. So the bug really came from 2011, becoming a consequence of the same problems with physics.
Recall that the release date of the Starfield: Shattered Space add-on was recently announced. The new expansion will add another location, unique weapons, equipment and a storyline to the game.
