A Steam page for MindsEye by former GTA producer is now live, first screenshots revealed
Last year, the AAA adventure action game MindsEye was announced, developed by Build A Rocket Boy under the leadership of Leslie Benzies, the former president of Rockstar North and producer of the GTA series. Recently, the game's Steam page went live, and the first screenshots have been published.
The project will transport gamers to a near-future world where artificial intelligence poses a serious threat to humanity.
The story follows former soldier Jacob Diaz, who has a mysterious neural implant and suffers from memory loss and constant flashbacks. He must undertake a series of covert missions to uncover the secrets of his past. Notably, the main character's appearance is based on actor Alex Hernandez, known for Mafia 3.
MindsEye is highlighted for its beautiful locations, dynamic car chases, deep narrative, and innovative combat system.
Build A Rocket Boy also announced a global partnership with IO Interactive (the creators of the Hitman series), which will be the publisher for MindsEye.
It is known that the game will be part of the multiplayer platform Everywhere, which is compared to Roblox and Fortnite's creative mode. However, the game itself will be single-player.
The exact release date for MindsEye has not yet been announced.
