Gloomwood Creator Releases a Wild Parody of Early Harry Potter Games
Secret Agent Wizard Boy and the International Crime Syndicate is the latest game from Dusk and Gloomwood creator David Szymanski and his brothers. This time, the developers are delivering a parody of classic Harry Potter games, dropping players into a familiar School of Witchcraft and Wizardry—except here, it harbors a secret crime syndicate led by the devious headmaster Grumblemort.
Players take on the role of an undercover secret agent tasked with infiltrating the castle and locating a hidden vault. However, following the mission is entirely optional—you can just as easily team up with fellow students and unleash total chaos.
From a gameplay perspective, Secret Agent Wizard Boy is a boundless sandbox with a heavy focus on realistic physics and a retro aesthetic reminiscent of the Unreal Engine 1 era. As of now, the game boasts a 100% positive rating.
Secret Agent Wizard Boy is available in early access on Steam.
