Doom and Doom 2 Collector's Edition Announced for $666 with Box that Plays Doom

LimitedRunGames has unveiled an extremely unusual collector's edition of Doom and Doom 2. It differs not only in price, but also in functionality, allowing you to play the first Doom right on the box.
The edition with the ironic name Will It Run includes physical copies of the first two Dooms, cassettes with soundtracks, cacodemon figures, including one on a magnetic stand, a set of collectible cards and a certificate of authenticity. The highlight was the box, where you can not only store all these treasures, but also use it to play Doom. And if that's not enough, one of the cacodemon figures can also launch the shooter.
Will It Run Edition can be pre-ordered from April 18 to May 18 for a symbolic $666.66 — it is limited to 666 copies.
By the way, Doom: The Dark Ages will be released on May 15, which will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. Recently, the first previews and new gameplay of the shooter appeared, as well as a fragment of the musical theme from the main menu.
