The Witcher 4 from CD Projekt RED doesn’t even have a release date yet, but the game has already earned its first prestigious award. The cinematic reveal trailer has taken home a prize at the ADC Awards 2025.
Polish production company Platige Image, which collaborated with CDPR to create the cinematic featuring witcheress Ciri, announced the news on social media. The Witcher 4 trailer won first place in the Gaming – Marketing – Trailer category.

Platige Image previously worked with Warhorse Studios on the cinematic trailer for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and also collaborated with Netflix on The Witcher TV series.
The Witcher 4 was officially announced in December 2024 with a debut trailer. CD Projekt RED does not plan to release the game before 2027, and over 400 developers are currently working on the project. The studio recently shared behind-the-scenes footage showing how the trailer featuring Ciri was created.
