Konami Unveils New Gameplay for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
Konami has released a fresh gameplay trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The game is set to launch on August 28 this year for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The project is built on Unreal Engine 5.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is a full remake of the iconic 2004 classic. Players can look forward to numerous upgrades, including modern visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5 and immersive 3D audio. Despite the enhancements, the core mechanics of the original game remain intact.
“Characters are rendered with such detail that you can see every wrinkle, pore, and even the movement of their eyes and pupils—this allows for rich facial animations that capture emotions perfectly,” reads the official description.
In addition to the main campaign, the game will also feature the SNAKE VS MONKEY mode, where the protagonist must catch all the escaped monkeys.
