Atomic Heart 2 Announced With Improved Combat, Deeper RPG Systems, and a “Living” World — First Trailer Revealed

During today’s presentation, Mundfish officially announced Atomic Heart 2, an adventure RPG shooter. The debut trailer, featuring gameplay footage, has been released. The game is being developed for PC and consoles, and its Steam page is already live.

According to the developers, the sequel will offer even more realistic graphics, a deeper RPG system designed to enhance immersion in the game’s “living” world, and an improved combat system that allows players to use both hands simultaneously and combine glove abilities with various weapons.

“Return to the magnificent world of science and technology and discover what awaits in the next chapter. Prepare for new, dangerous adventures that will deliver a completely different gameplay experience and raise the bar for the genre,” reads the official description.

The story of Atomic Heart 2 will explore new events in its retro-futuristic universe, which, according to the developers, will reach an even more epic scale this time around. Fans can look forward to seeing both familiar faces from the original game and brand-new characters.
