Video Shows How Nintendo Switch 2 Handles Minecraft With 1,000 TNT Blocks Exploding at Once

Someone decided to put the Nintendo Switch 2’s performance to the test using Minecraft. The video demonstrates how the console copes with the game when a thousand TNT blocks are set up and then detonated simultaneously.
For comparison, the author also included footage of other devices handling the same scenario, such as the original Nintendo Switch, a PC (Intel Core i7-1165G7, Intel Iris Xe, and 16 GB DDR4), and a Google Pixel 7a smartphone.
The PC completed the explosion the fastest. Next was the Google Pixel 7a, followed by the Nintendo Switch 2. Unsurprisingly, the original Switch performed the slowest.
There’s also a separate video without the side-by-side comparison:
As a reminder, the Nintendo Switch 2 went on sale on June 5 at an official price of $450.
