Ubisoft CEO's Son Accidentally Leaks Release Date for Assassin's Creed Shadows DLC
Ubisoft held an internal presentation of Claws of Awaji, an add-on for Assassin's Creed Shadows. Charlie Guillemot shared the results of the presentation on his LinkedIn, accidentally revealing the release date.
The son of Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot and part-time member of the Ubisoft Transformation Committee published a post dedicated to the presentation of Claws of Awaji. Attentive users noticed that the supposed release date of the DLC got into the frame — October 4 or 6 of this year.
By the way, the release in the fall was revealed by authoritative insider Tom Hemderson. The add-on will have to compete with another action game in the Japanese setting, Ghost of Yotei, which will be released on October 2 on PS5.
Recall that Claws of Awaji will continue the plot of the main game. Yasuke and Naoe will travel to an island where new enemies await them. The expansion will include 10 hours of content, new weapons, abilities and equipment.
