Konami Revealed New Monsters Coming to Silent Hill f

Konami has begun introducing players to some of the horrors that await in Silent Hill f. The game's official website now features images and descriptions of several new monsters set to debut in the upcoming horror title.

The official Konami account unveiled Kasimasi — a terrifying humanoid creature resembling a female puppet. These vengeful spirits may serve as spiritual successors to the franchise’s iconic nurses.

The website also introduces several other unique creatures inspired by Japanese mythology. Among them are Ayakakashi, resembling a scarecrow dressed in a school uniform; Oi-omoi, a grotesque fusion of multiple puppet-like bodies; and Ara-abare, a massive flower-covered mass of flesh with a gaping mouth.

In addition to the enemies, protagonist Hinako Shimizu will also have several companions. These include Shu Iwai, her childhood friend with medical expertise who treats Hinako as his equal; the curious gossip Rinko Nishida; and the calm, devout Sakuko Igarashi.

Silent Hill f is scheduled for release on September 25 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. Previously, the game’s lead actress admitted that working on the project was so intense it occasionally drove her to the brink of madness. Konami and Bloober Team are also currently developing a remake of the original Silent Hill.
