Rumor: GTA 4 Might Be Coming to PlayStation 4

A potential re-release or remaster of Grand Theft Auto 4 may be in the works. A recent discovery on Rockstar Games’ official support website has sparked renewed speculation about the game launching on modern platforms.
When submitting a support ticket and selecting GTA 4, PlayStation 4 appears in the list of available platforms — despite the game originally launching only on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, with backward compatibility support on Xbox One and Series X/S. As of the time of writing, the PS4 listing remains on the site.
This aligns with earlier reports from reliable insider Tez2, who claimed that Rockstar is preparing remasters of GTA 4 and Max Payne 3 for current-gen consoles. According to those reports, the remaster of GTA 4 could arrive by the end of 2025.
