Modder Takes GTA 4's Graphics to the Next Level and Shows Off the Results

Modder icelaglace, known for his popular visual overhauls, has released iCEnhancer 4.0 for Grand Theft Auto 4 after four years of development. Thanks to the update, Liberty City now features volumetric, realistic fog, natural lighting, and much more.
iCEnhancer 4.0 is compatible only with game versions 1.0.3.0 and 1.0.4.0. It introduces a range of graphical enhancements, including dynamic fog that thickens or dissipates depending on the weather and time of day, photorealistic lighting, simulated wet asphalt, improved reflections, and other visual upgrades. The results can be seen in the trailer and screenshots below:

As a reminder, Rockstar Games' support website recently mentioned a PS4 version of Grand Theft Auto 4. Fans are hopeful this points to a potential remaster.
