Mafia: The Old Country is a third-person action game set in early 20th-century Sicily. Players take on the role of Enzo Favara, who is trying to earn a place in the notorious Torrisi crime family. The story combines cinematic storytelling with an authentic atmosphere of the era, featuring hand-to-hand combat, melee weapons, shootouts with historical firearms, stealth kills, and duels. Players will explore both rural and urban areas of Sicily—from vineyards and crypts to theaters and ruins—traveling on foot, on horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century cars.
