CD Projekt has shared fresh stats about the studio’s current operations. For the first half of 2025, the company reported revenue of 443 million PLN (around $121 million), an operating profit (EBIT) of 168 million PLN (about $46 million), and a net profit of 155 million PLN (roughly $42 million). Net profitability stood at 35%.

Alongside these financial results, the studio also revealed how its developers are distributed across ongoing projects. As of July 31, 2025, CD Projekt employs 799 people working on games and services (up from 730 in April).

The largest team is focused on The Witcher 4, which currently has 444 developers. Cyberpunk 2 comes next, with 116 people working on it. The Witcher: Project Sirius has 51 developers, while Project Hadar has 22. Shared Services—which covers studio-wide support like localization, QA, analytics, and more—employs 149 specialists, with another 17 staff working on other projects, including some that haven’t been announced yet.

CD Projekt is clearly ramping up resources for its flagship franchises, doubling down on the growth of both The Witcher and Cyberpunk universes.

Earlier this summer, the developer behind The Witcher 4 explained why Ciri was chosen as the main character for the new game. You can read more about the project here.

As for Cyberpunk 2, its release is still a long way off—currently expected around 2030.
