Dying Light: The Beast is scheduled to release on September 18 at 7 PM MSK for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first date change — previously, the release had been pushed back from August 22.
The story of the new zombie action game follows Kyle Crane, the protagonist of the original. After becoming infected with the zombie virus and spending years in a laboratory, he finally breaks free to hunt down those who tortured him all this time. Newly gained powers will aid Kyle on his quest — the recent trailer showed just how much the main character of Dying Light has changed.
All details about The Beast can be found here. Notably, the action game was originally conceived as a DLC for Dying Light 2 Stay Human but eventually evolved into a standalone entry. Techland has also published the game’s system requirements — to run it at acceptable settings, you’ll need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060.
