Atmospheric WWII Adventure Letters of War Released on Steam

Letters of War, an adventure drama about World War II from indie studio Wood Cabin Games, has been released on Steam. The game launched on September 25, 2025, for PC.

Letters of War is a touching point-and-click game about a British carpenter, Liam, who, while on the front lines, tries to stay in touch with his daughter through letters. The game is inspired by real events and is a spiritual successor to Valiant Hearts: The Great War. Players will experience an emotional journey, where each letter becomes a link between father and daughter in the midst of war.

Key features of the game include vibrant stylized graphics, a deep storyline, immersive interactions with the environment, and puzzle-solving gameplay. The project is currently available on Steam with a 10% discount for $6.50.

Earlier, Valve also released the survival game Lost Rift from the creators of Bulletstorm, which is currently in Early Access.
