Insider Reveals Exact Release Date for World of Warcraft: Midnight and Details of the Collector’s Edition Bonus Pack

Blizzard is gearing up for the launch of its major new expansion, World of Warcraft: Midnight, which was first unveiled this summer at gamescom 2025. Recently, insider billbil-kun revealed the exact release date for the expansion.

According to the source, the release is set for February 26, 2026.

The expansion will be available in several editions:

Standard Edition;
Heroic Edition;
Epic Edition;
Collector’s Edition.

The Collector’s Edition will reportedly cost €139.99 and will include the following items:

Epic Edition game key;
Three-day early access;
30 days of game time;
2,000 Deniers (in-game currency);
Enhanced Level 80 Pass;
Hardcover art book;
Collector’s pin;
Replica of the Dark Hart item.

Last year, World of Warcraft celebrated its 20th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Blizzard released a special anniversary video highlighting some of the most iconic moments in the game’s history.
