Silent Hill: Townfall Rumored to Feature Ghost Stories, 2026 Release Window

Alongside the recently released Silent Hill f, Konami has another card up its sleeve — the enigmatic project Silent Hill: Townfall. The only confirmed detail so far is that the game is being developed by No Code, but today potential new information emerged.
The rumors were shared by user immalkwalahi, who emphasized that this is not official data but rather information gathered online. According to these claims, Silent Hill: Townfall will feature multiple short stories about ghosts from the town’s past. A particular focus will be placed on spirits haunting a small beach near the settlement, which will serve as the game’s central location. Gameplay mechanics will reportedly resemble Silent Hill: The Short Message — with no weapons or items, only investigation sequences.
Immalkwalahi also suggested that Silent Hill: Townfall could launch in 2026.
It remains unclear how reliable these rumors are. Officially, all that’s known is that the game is being developed as a spin-off to the main series, with no announced release date or platforms. The project was first revealed back in 2022, but news about it has been scarce ever since.
Meanwhile, Silent Hill f recently surpassed one million copies sold within just 24 hours of release. You can check out our review of the divisive title here, and find a detailed walkthrough guide at this link.
