A new video has surfaced online showcasing the graphics differences in Ninja Gaiden 4 across PC (4K, max settings), PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X. The game was released quite recently and has already received very positive feedback from gamers.
In the video, the author compares resolution, object detail, and texture quality on all mentioned platforms.
Here are the main takeaways from the YouTuber:
- Ninja Gaiden 4 offers three display modes on PS5 and Xbox Series X. The PS5 Pro adds a fourth option — the enhanced Pro Mode;
- Pro Mode (PS5 Pro) combines the visual quality of the "Quality" mode (PS5/XSX) with the higher frame rate of the "Performance" mode;
- The Quality mode (PS5/XSX) uses settings equivalent to "High" on PC, with improved detail, textures, shadows, and post-processing.
- Performance mode on consoles drops the quality to "Medium" PC settings;
- The 120 FPS mode on consoles lowers graphics quality to "Low" PC settings to ensure the highest frame rates;
- On PS5 Pro, the 120 FPS mode runs more stably, but resolution does not increase. Overall, performance across all consoles remains high — as expected from PlatinumGames
- PC optimization is also solid, but DLSS implementation is limited: you can't change its quality in the menu, and frame generation is missing.
Previously, Ninja Gaiden 4 was tested on various GPUs, including the RTX 3050, RTX 3060, and RTX 4060. You can check out the game’s reviews here.
