Steam is currently hosting free weekends for two standout games that have received thousands of positive reviews from gamers: Legacy: Steel & Sorcery and Gunfire Reborn.

Legacy: Steel & Sorcery is a third-person action RPG with PvPvE elements, blending combat, exploration, and character progression. Players can set out on adventures solo or with up to two friends, battling enemies and other players for treasure and experience.

The combat system is focused on PvP and demands precision, quick reflexes, and mastery of class abilities—each class interacts with the environment in unique ways. You can break walls, glide over hazards, and use the surroundings to your advantage in fights. Between expeditions, heroes can rest in town, upgrade their gear, cook food, decorate their homes, and build relationships with merchants to unlock rare items and crafting options.

Character progression includes unlocking new skills and traits, and community progress is occasionally reset with major updates that add fresh content, new maps, classes, and modes.

Legacy: Steel & Sorcery is free to play until October 27. Plus, the game is 25% off until October 29.

Gunfire Reborn is a first-person adventure shooter with roguelite and RPG elements. Players control heroes with unique abilities, explore procedurally generated levels, and fight using a wide variety of weapons and items. Each run offers a fresh experience thanks to random gear, skills, and combat pacing.

The game combines fast-paced gunfights with character development, supports co-op for up to four players, and stands out with its vibrant art style and high replayability.

Gunfire Reborn is free to play until October 27, and there’s a 45% discount on the game until November 6.

Additionally, Steam is giving away Distant Space, an arcade game with achievements and a high rating, inspired by the spirit of the ‘80s.
