Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Brings Back Iconic Weapons and Maps — Fans Admit: “They Got Us Hooked Again”

Treyarch has revealed new details about the first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, calling it “the biggest in the franchise’s history.” Judging by fan reactions, that claim might be justified — the community went wild after learning that the Maddox RFB rifle from Black Ops 4 and the legendary Standoff map from Black Ops 2 are making a comeback.
They’re so damn good at reeling us back in. Every. Single. Time.
The update also reintroduces the crossbow and ballistic knife, along with the return of the classic Sticks and Stones mode, Prop Hunt, and several limited-time events.
Meltdown too. S&D might actually slap this year. Raid, Standoff, Meltdown.
It seems Treyarch has rediscovered the secret sauce of the “golden age” of Black Ops — and fans are already completely hooked.
Earlier, Glen Schofield shared how the legendary “Press F to Pay Respect” meme was born — back when no one could’ve imagined what it would become.
