Eminem Is Coming to Hitman World of Assassination—Along with His Evil Alter Ego

IO Interactive has unveiled a new Elusive Target mission for Hitman World of Assassination, starring none other than Eminem. From December 1 to 31, players will go up against his infamous alter ego, Slim Shady, in a surreal setting—a reimagined, ominous psychiatric hospital in Hokkaido. According to the story, Eminem teams up with Agent 47 to help him take down a dangerous doppelganger.

The mission is packed with references to Eminem’s career: from Shady’s bizarre performances to signature touches like a poisoned “spaghetti sandwich.” Players will hunt their target across a series of interconnected zones, including a recording studio and a strange gym where Shady is brainwashing the staff.

The mission is available for free through the Starter Pack for new players, and as a limited-time Elusive Target for owners of Hitman World of Assassination. IO Interactive has also announced the Eminem vs. Slim Shady Pack, featuring a special suit, items, and base cosmetics—it will be on sale for $4.99 throughout December.

During the same Xbox presentation, a new trailer for REANIMAL was shown, along with gameplay from The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu, and the announcements of new games including Vampire Crawlers and ARMATUS.

As for Hitman World of Assassination, Bruce Lee was previously added to the game.
