Winners of The Horror Game Awards 2025 Revealed

The Horror Game Awards 2025 ceremony took place on December 13th, where the best horror games of 2025 were recognized. The top honor went to Silent Hill f.
Silent Hill f led the pack with four awards, winning "Best Horror Game," "Best Performance," "Best Story," and "Technical Achievement Award." Players' Choice went to No, I'm not a Human, while the "Most Anticipated Horror Game" award was claimed by Resident Evil Requiem.

- Players' Choice — No, I'm not a Human;
- Most Accessible Horror — Little Nightmares 3;
- Most Anticipated Horror — Resident Evil Requiem;
- Best Performance — Konatsu Kato in Silent Hill f;
- Best Story — Silent Hill f;
- Best Soundtrack — Doom: The Dark Ages;
- Best Art Direction — Look Outside;
- Best Indie Horror — Look Outside;
- Best Multiplayer Horror — R.E.P.O.;
- Best VR Horror — The Midnight Walk;
- Best Indie Developer — Black Eyed Priest;
- Best Developer — Red Barrels;
- Technical Achievement Award — Silent Hill f;
- Lifetime Achievement Award — Hideo Kojima.
