Steam Winter Sale Trailer Released, Kicks Off December 18th

Valve has dropped the official trailer for the upcoming Steam Winter Sale. The massive seasonal event is set to kick off on December 18th and will run all the way through January 5th, featuring thousands of discounted games and expansions.
The trailer showcases glimpses of several titles expected to be part of the sale, including Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, Dynasty Warriors: Origins, Borderlands 4, Dune: Awakening, Dying Light: The Beast, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, REMATCH, Slime Rancher 2, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Megabonk, Digimon Story Time Stranger, R.E.P.O., Assassin's Creed Shadows, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, RV There Yet?, Escape from Duckov, Dispatch, Deltarune, Elden Ring Nightreign, Hades 2, and Drive Beyond Horizons. All these games and many more will be available at discounted prices.
Coinciding with the start of the Winter Sale, voting for The Steam Awards 2025 nominees will also commence across 11 categories: Game of the Year, VR Game of the Year, Labor of Love, Best Game on Steam Deck, Better With Friends, Outstanding Visual Style, Most Innovative Gameplay, Best Game You Suck At, Best Soundtrack, Outstanding Story-Rich Game, and Sit Back and Relax.
In related news, the Fulqrum Publishing Sale recently began on Steam and will also run until January 5th.
