Tiny Bunny Devs Reveal Updated Olga Design and Announce Major Decision for the Game’s Future

Hennadiy Chemеris

The creators of the visual novel Tiny Bunny have announced a significant change in their development strategy and are now working on two versions of the game to reconcile a divided player community. In a recent statement, the team said they’ve closely studied player feedback and discussions—while some fans are calling for major revisions, others want the current version to remain untouched. Rather than seeing this split as a problem, the developers have decided to make it the foundation for the game’s future development.

The studio plans to release an updated version of Tiny Bunny with reworked visuals, story, and gameplay, while also keeping the original “director’s cut” available in the settings for those who prefer the classic experience. Players will be able to switch between versions at any time, ensuring that no part of the community is left dissatisfied.

In upcoming updates, the developers promise new art—including a freshly revealed redesign of Olga by Saikono—an improved story, and gameplay tweaks aimed at a smoother, more comfortable experience. The team specifically thanked players for their active discussions, calling the community “the most valuable feedback” and making it clear that the ongoing debates are directly shaping the game’s creative direction.

At the same time, the Tiny Bunny team warned that updates won’t arrive immediately. After a busy period of work, the studio is taking a New Year’s break to avoid burnout and return to the project refreshed. The developers ask for understanding regarding this pause and promise that the wait will be worth it, ending their message with a New Year’s greeting:

We want to wish you a Happy New Year! We, the development team, are also human. After long and intense work, we need a reset to avoid complete burnout. We are taking a New Year's break to recharge and return to you with new ideas and energy.

So, please be patient. The update won't arrive immediately, but we are confident it will be worth the wait! Thank you for your support and understanding.

Happy New Year! Your "Tiny Bunny" Team.
