Xbox has started to refund money due to problems with the Red Dead Redemption update
Xbox has started to refund money for the updated Red Dead Redemption, which many owners of the Xbox 360 version of the game have had problems with.
The update released by Rockstar Games at the end of last year was supposed to allow owners of the old digital version of the game to get a new one for free for comfortable gameplay on the Xbox Series S|X. Instead, when visiting the store's page, users only noticed an offer to buy the game again.
Because of this situation, some gamers simply bought the new version, despite the availability of the original, which was supposed to be updated for free.
The day before, those who did the same and became the owner of two versions of Red Dead Redemption began receiving refunds. If you haven't received a refund message, you should wait a while longer and then contact customer support.
Recall that analysts recently revealed the revenues of the mobile version of Red Dead Redemption for the first five weeks after its release. The title was released on December 2 for Android and iOS.
