Now that Hytale has launched in Early Access on PC, a new video has surfaced online showcasing how the game looks across various graphics settings—from low to ultra.
The YouTuber behind the video also tested performance. Overall, the game runs quite smoothly, even on an RTX 3050 with maxed-out settings at 4K resolution and a render distance of 768, delivering around 80 FPS. On an RTX 5060 Ti with a render distance of 1024, the creator managed to hit about 130 FPS.
It’s worth noting that Hytale had a very successful launch. Recently, the game saw 2.8 million concurrent players, and it has also climbed into the top ranks of most-watched games on Twitch.
Hytale blends sandbox and RPG elements, letting players explore a procedurally generated world filled with dungeons, secrets, and a variety of creatures. Players can also shape the world themselves, building and modifying the environment block by block.
The Early Access version focuses on the game’s core systems: exploration, a dynamic combat system, and building tools, as well as features for creating custom content, mini-games, and managing server communities. Players are encouraged to both explore the world and creatively transform it, offering a unique gameplay experience.
