New Dead or Alive Project Announced Alongside Dead or Alive 6: Last Round

Koei Tecmo has officially announced Dead or Alive 6 Last Round, an enhanced version of the series' sixth installment. The game is set to launch on June 25 for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Last Round features a roster of 24 base characters plus five DLC fighters: Nyotengu, Phase 4, Momiji, Rachel, and Tamaki. Additionally, fan-favorites like Kasumi and Marie Rose are getting five exclusive costumes inspired by other Team NINJA titles, including Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation.
A major highlight of this release is the expanded Photo Mode. Players can now capture every combat moment in stunning detail with new tools, including granular control over character positioning and custom poses to nail that perfect shot.
Launching alongside the full game is Dead or Alive 6 Last Round: Core Fighters, a free-to-play version. While it starts with a limited roster of four characters, F2P users will still have full access to the new Photo Mode and online features.
In a surprise twist, the next entry in the Dead or Alive franchise was also teased. While the title remains under wraps, you can check out the brief teaser below.
