«Women belong in the kitchen, right?» Twitch invited girls to celebrate March 8th in a cooking simulator

Twitch invited the girls to celebrate on March 8th with streams of Overcooked 2— a cooking simulator. This approach was not appreciated in the comments, stating stereotypes about women.
The Twitch account in social networks published an announcement of the event for the upcoming holiday. It has been announced that the women's guild will play in Overcooked 2.
Many felt that in this way Twitch devalues girls who play more serious games. In addition, some commentators felt that Twitch was hinting at stereotypes towards women.
"Women belong in the kitchen, right? RIGHT? At least that's what you choose to say".
"Technically, there's nothing strange about it, but it's like something doesn't suit me".
"So they gathered for this, planned, organized everything, created a video, uploaded it to social networks, and no one thought about what they were doing?"
Some went further and suggested that Twitch go beyond stereotypes. One of the users ironically remarked that next year it is possible to arrange broadcasts on Woman Simulator, a game in which you need to wash dishes, clean and tidy up, while it is important to monitor your husband's mood in order to receive gifts.
Do you think Twitch really made a mistake? Or did users see a non-existent problem?
