Publisher GREE and developer ASOBIMO have announced that pre-registration is now open for the free-to-play action RPG Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation — Chronicle of Echoes. In Japan, the title will be available on PC as well as iOS and Android mobile devices.
The developers also shared a brand-new trailer and a key art poster for the game.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation — Chronicle of Echoes is an official mobile adaptation that allows players to relive the story of the hit anime series. The project will feature fully voiced episodes from the light novel that were omitted from the anime, along with exclusive game-original scenarios.
The game is slated for a 2026 release in Japan.
The Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime follows a 34-year-old shut-in who dies in a truck accident while trying to save a group of teenagers. Reborn as a baby named Rudeus Greyrat in a world of swords and sorcery, he retains his past memories. Vowing to live this new life to the fullest, he begins studying magic at a young age, quickly discovering his immense potential.
In other anime news, it was recently revealed that an original game based on the sci-fi anime Expelled from Paradise (released in 2024) is currently in development. Additionally, a fourth season of the hit series Jujutsu Kaisen was announced not long ago.
