Is Pragmata a government order? A crazy theory about Capcom games has gone viral on the internet

After the release of Pragmata, the theory is gaining popularity online that the new Capcom release is an order from the Japanese government related to the increase in demographics. Publications on this topic collect tens of thousands of likes on social networks.

Pragmata is a new space action game based on humanity's failed attempt to colonize the moon. Due to strange circumstances, the androids rebelled, and the mission had to be completed. The main character has to go through many challenges to return to Earth. At the same time, during the journey, he will be accompanied by an android who looks like a little girl.

It is with this last detail that the fan theory is connected. Some players believe that by adding Diana to the game, the developers deliberately decided to put pressure on parental instinct. Supposedly, after hours of trying to take care of a child in a game, certain feelings will appear in real life.

Some attribute another recent Capcom release, Resident Evil Requiem, to this theory. There was also a story arc in which Grace saved the blind girl Emily.

However, many users reacted with great doubt to the new theory.

«As a Japanese person, I really don't get it If a kid shows up in a story, does it turn into a campaign to boost the birth rate?»

«I was thinking they just wanted to shake up the GPU market».

Those who also saw a government order in Capcom games, as a rule, reacted positively to this.

«Since when is encouraging people to have kids a bad thing? Are we out of our minds or what? People, if we don't reproduce, we go extinct».

The release of Pragmata took place the day before, and the game has already conquered digital stores. Gamers warmly welcomed the project, at the time of writing the news, the Steam rating is 93.8%.
