Undead: Rise of the Betrayed King is currently free on Epic Games Store

The Epic Games Store has launched a free giveaway for the third-person fantasy action RPG Undead: Rise of the Betrayed King. The offer is available until April 24.
Undead: Rise of the Betrayed King originally debuted in late 2025 via Steam and EGS Early Access. You play as the world's last golden dragon, who has taken the form of a battle-hardened barbarian to survive. In human form, you can interact with NPCs, pick up quests, and explore the world undetected. However, when combat heats up, you can transform back into a massive dragon to unleash devastating spells and abilities. Notably, the project is a solo-dev effort built on Unreal Engine 5.
The game is expected to leave Early Access in late 2026. The developer’s roadmap includes new locations, a crafting system, dragon armor, animal transformations, and more.
In other news, a free-to-play racer featuring dozens of licensed cars, deep tuning, and multiplayer titled Race Max Pro recently arrived on Steam. Additionally, the Epic Games Store previously featured a giveaway for the isometric tactical stealth title The Stone of Madness.
