Following today’s Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced showcase—where Ubisoft revealed the first gameplay, system requirements, and new details about the highly anticipated pirate action remake—the company also introduced the game’s most premium and content-packed version yet: the Collector’s Edition.

Aimed at the franchise’s most dedicated fans, the Collector’s Edition includes both physical collectibles and exclusive in-game content. Ubisoft emphasizes that the set is designed as a true “artifact of the pirate era,” inspired by Edward Kenway’s legendary adventures.

Physical items:

  • Edward Kenway statue (31 cm) standing on the deck of the Jackdaw;
  • Edward’s leather journal, filled with notes, maps, and chronicles;
  • Metal Assassin’s Brotherhood emblem (wearable accessory);
  • Exclusive steelbook featuring unique artwork;
  • Fabric map of the game world;
  • Sheet music for a sea shanty, styled as an old manuscript.

Digital content:

  • Full game (Deluxe Edition);
  • Blackbeard’s Crimson Pack — outfit, sword, and pistol for Edward with unique bonuses;
  • Master Assassin Character Pack — outfit, weapon, and trinket with special effects;
  • Master Assassin Naval Pack — ship customization set: sails, figurehead, wheel, hull, pet, and crew.

The Collector’s Edition will launch alongside the game on July 9. According to insider billbil-kun, the price will be $199.99 (or €199.99 in Europe). The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The edition will be sold exclusively through select retail partners, so Ubisoft recommends checking availability with specific stores in advance.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is being rebuilt from the ground up on the Anvil engine, featuring overhauled graphics, updated gameplay, and expanded content. The story once again follows Edward Kenway against the backdrop of the Assassin-Templar conflict during the Golden Age of Piracy.

What do you think of the Collector’s Edition? Do you think it’s worth the price?
