A new video is making the rounds online, with creator ElAnalistaDeBits offering a side-by-side graphics comparison between Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced and the original Assassin's Creed Black Flag from 2013. The footage showcases a variety of scenes, including close-quarters combat, naval gameplay, exploration, and epic sea battles.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is a full remake of the beloved open-world action-adventure set during the pirate era in the Caribbean. Players once again step into the boots of Edward Kenway, captain of the Jackdaw, blending naval combat, boarding actions, and island exploration with the series’ signature stealth gameplay.

The remake preserves the structure of the original but brings it to life with enhanced graphics powered by a modern engine, a reworked combat system focused on parries and dynamic action, and improved stealth and parkour mechanics.

The Caribbean open world is now seamless, with no loading screens, and features more detailed environments, underwater exploration, and a vibrant atmosphere enhanced by cutting-edge lighting and audio technology. Naval battles have also been expanded with new firing options and deeper ship progression.

Beyond that, the remake introduces new story content, additional arcs for iconic characters like Blackbeard and Stede Bonnet, new allies, and a variety of side activities—including sea shanties, pets, and a photo mode.

Ubisoft has already revealed the system requirements and showcased the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector’s Edition packed with goodies for fans.

What do you think of the changes in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced compared to the original Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag?
