Atmospheric Survival Shooter Into the Radius 2 Hits Full Release on PC

The VR survival shooter Into the Radius 2 has received a major content update and graduated from Early Access, where it had been since Summer 2024. To celebrate the 1.0 launch, the developers have also shared a brand-new trailer.
Version 1.0 Key Features:

- Expanded World: Three main locations and two sub-locations connected by a network of transitions;

- Hazardous Environment: Nine types of anomalies, rare artifacts, distortion zones, and specialized protective gear;
- Deep Customization: Modify weapons (excluding pistols), backpacks, and armor;
- Survival Mechanics: Detailed hunger and nutrition systems;
- Personalization: Custom paint jobs and emblems for your weapons and gear;
- Tailored Experience: Flexible difficulty settings and the hardcore "Ironman" mode;

A little over a year and a half ago, on July 24th 2024, we released the first public version of the game into Early Access. Asking you to believe in the followup to the original game. To try it early, playtest and share your feedback. And so many of you took part in this journey! With today’s update, the game is finally shaped into a coherent experience from beginning to end.
Into the Radius 2 is an immersive VR survival shooter set in a zone filled with surreal landscapes and deadly creatures. Your mission is to uncover the dark secrets of this anomalous territory, either solo or in co-op. During its Early Access period, the game maintained a strong "Very Positive" rating on Steam, with 82% of users recommending it.
In other news, a military shooter set in an alternative version of the Cold War recently debuted on PC.
