The Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo is now available on Xbox and Switch 2: what are the benefits?
The developers of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth from Square Enix have opened access to the demo version of the game on Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch 2.
The demo version will allow players to get to know the project before it is released on new platforms. Gamers will be able to complete the initial part of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth before the end of the second chapter. Everything will be completely playable — you can freely explore the available locations and return to previously passed places.
The progress made in the demo can be transferred to the full version of the game. In this case, the gamer will also receive a Kupo Charm and a survival kit with useful items.
You will not be able to unlock achievements in the demo version. However, everything related to progress is unlocked after transferring the saves.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will be released on Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 3, after the game is released on PlayStation 5 and PC. The game will be the second part of the planned trilogy of remakes. Rebirth's plot revolves around the mercenary Cloud Strife, who teams up with members of the eco-terrorist organization AVALANCHE to thwart the megacorporation and save the planet.
And which part of Final Fantasy do you consider the most successful? Share your opinion in the comments.
