Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition Gets First Gameplay Trailer
Ubisoft has dropped the first official gameplay trailer for Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition, a remastered version of the acclaimed 2011 2D platformer.
Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition is an upcoming remaster that brings 4K resolution and 120 FPS support to the classic title. The game will be automatically bundled with all versions of Rayman Legends Retold, meaning anyone who purchases the remake will get the upgraded Rayman Origins at no extra cost.
Rayman Legends Retold is a ground-up remake of the 2013 platformer, currently in development by Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan. The teams have fully transitioned the game into 3D while preserving the original’s side-scrolling perspective, core spirit, and fast-paced flow. Alongside a complete visual overhaul tailored to modern hardware, the project will feature an expanded story with fully voiced cutscenes, a brand-new sixth world, additional musical levels, and more. The game is set to launch on October 1 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch 2. It was previously confirmed that the original Rayman Legends will remain available for purchase even after the remake arrives.
