Roll20 Leak Suggests a World of Warcraft and Dungeons & Dragons Crossover

GeekNative reported that Roll20 briefly published a preorder page for a World of Warcraft and Dungeons & Dragons crossover, with the leaked image showing only the poster for the project before the listing was taken down.

The leak appeared days before Wizards of the Coast's D&D Vision Keynote at Gen Con in Indianapolis on July 30, 2026. According to GeekNative, that is when full product details, the release schedule, and VTT platform availability are expected to be formally confirmed.

At the moment, there is still no detailed information about the project itself, and neither Blizzard Entertainment nor the Dungeons & Dragons publishers have officially commented on the leak. That makes the page an unconfirmed glimpse at what may be coming next.

The crossover would not be World of Warcraft's first tabletop tie-in: Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game was released in 2003, followed by World of Warcraft RPG in 2005. Wizards of the Coast has also leaned on brand collaborations before, including Stranger Things and Minecraft, while John Hight, the former World of Warcraft general manager, joined Wizards of the Coast as studio president in 2024.
