Capcom says Pragmata sold 2.5 million copies worldwide months after launch

Capcom's latest Q1 fiscal report says Pragmata has already become one of the company's stronger new releases, with the sci-fi action-adventure passing 2.5 million units worldwide only months after its April 2026 debut. The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
The milestone appeared in Capcom's Q1 fiscal report, which covers April 1 to June 30, 2026. In the same report, the company said the game's positive launch reception was helped by increased brand awareness from robust promotional activities.
This included sales of all-new IP Pragmata, which surpassed 2.5 million units worldwide following a positive launch reception due to increased brand awareness achieved through robust promotional activities.
Capcom also said game sales for the quarter totaled 23.81 million units.
The report also noted that Resident Evil Requiem passed 8 million units sold. Against that backdrop, Pragmata's result stands out as a strong start for a new IP that is already building a sizable audience.
