Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 Gets New Trailer

Konami has released a brand-new trailer for Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, offering fans a retrospective look that weaves together the core storylines of Solid Snake and Big Boss.
The upcoming compilation will include Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots—which has famously been locked to the PlayStation 3 for years—alongside an updated HD version of the handheld hit Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and the Game Boy Color classic Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel.
The developers are promising major technical enhancements for modern platforms, with the collection set to support full 4K resolution at a stable 60 frames per second.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is scheduled to launch on August 27, 2026. It will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, as well as Nintendo's current and next-generation handhelds, the Switch and Switch 2.
