Nintendo sets a Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Direct for August 4

Nintendo has scheduled a dedicated Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave presentation for August 4, 2026, giving the Nintendo Switch 2 game roughly 20 minutes to show off new details before launch.

Nintendo of America also teased the broadcast with a brief post on social media, tying the show directly to the game's Heroic Games premise.

The stream starts at 7:00 a.m. PT, 10:00 a.m. ET, and 23:00 JST. It will also be available to watch on YouTube and Nintendo.com, so viewers in different time zones will have the same access to the presentation.

According to the official overview, Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is set in the capital of the Dagdan Empire, where the Heroic Games take place. The winner of the tournament is granted one wish, and the story follows four heroes: Cai, Dietrich, Theodora, and Leda. Between matches, players will be able to train, recruit allies, and travel beyond Dagsion's walls to gain experience in battles or dungeons. The game is due out on September 17, 2026, making this Direct one of the last major information drops before release.
