Xbox confirms Tokyo Game Show 2026 broadcast for September 17

Xbox has already locked in its Tokyo Game Show 2026 stream for September 17, 2026, but Microsoft is still keeping the lineup under wraps. The company will again pair its Tokyo Game Show presence with FanFest Tokyo.
With no games or announcements confirmed yet, the broadcast is leaving plenty of room for surprises.
Gamereactor believes Persona 6 could appear at the event again. The same coverage also expects DLC and/or a PS5 release date for Forza Horizon 6, along with new Japanese games for Xbox.
Xbox has held Tokyo Game Show broadcasts for several years in a row, so this year's event follows a familiar pattern. Even so, the combination of a secret program and a fixed September 17 slot gives the 2026 show a little extra weight.
