Ship Graveyard Simulator Goes Free-to-Play This Weekend on Steam
Ship Graveyard Simulator has kicked off a free weekend on Steam, running until September 28. Concurrently, the game has received a massive 93% discount, which will remain active until October 1.
In Ship Graveyard Simulator, players step into the boots of a worker at one of the world's largest ship graveyards. The core objective is to explore the decks of abandoned vessels, chop up massive metallic structures using blowtorches, saws, and hammers, and then sell the salvaged scrap and valuable components. The earned cash allows players to scale up their business by purchasing advanced gear, hiring workers to automate tasks, upgrading their transport trucks, and renting even larger, more lucrative ships. However, the dismantling process is fraught with danger, as workers constantly face the threat of heavy structural collapses, gas explosions, and toxic leaks.
As a reminder, Epic Games Store previously launched a free giveaway for the auto-battler Mechabellum and the dice-deckbuilding roguelike Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles—both titles are free to claim until October 1.
