Freebie: Bounty Train, a Strategy Game About Traveling the Wild West by Train, Is Free on PC
GOG has kicked off a free giveaway of Bounty Train, a strategy game about traveling across the Wild West by train. You can claim your copy until October 5, after which the promotion will end.
In Bounty Train, players embark on a journey across 19th-century North America while managing their own train. You can upgrade the locomotive and carriages, hire crew members, transport passengers and goods, and trade between real-world cities.
Along the way, you'll face bandits, ambushes, and other dangers. Problems can be handled in different ways, including diplomacy, bribery, or brute force. Resources are limited, and your equipment can break down at the worst possible moment.
The game also features a nonlinear story campaign based on real historical events and inventions from the 19th century. Players can influence how events unfold, choose one of four major factions, and switch sides during the course of the game.
Bounty Train was released in 2017. The game was developed by Corbie Games with Daedalic Entertainment. The GOG version is DRM-free, and the game supports Windows and macOS.
Will you grab Bounty Train from GOG while it's free?
